AUSTIN
Austin Stewart is an Associate at Quicker Law, where he advises clients on a wide range of IP matters, including domestic and international trademark, copyright, patent, and trade secret issues. His practice spans litigation, prosecution, and dispute resolution, with a track record of successfully guiding clients through various IP conflicts.
Austin has played a key role in resolving trademark and copyright disputes through strategic settlements, helping clients avoid prolonged litigation. He has assisted in the dismissal of alleged trade secret theft claims and contributed to the defense of clients against complex patent infringement allegations. His work has also supported findings of patent invalidity, helping protect clients from unjust enforcement actions. Additionally, Austin has successfully argued for the removal and transfer of infringing and harmful domains under the ADR Forum domain dispute resolution process.

In addition to his IP practice, Austin is committed to serving the community. He has provided pro bono legal assistance through Atlanta Legal Aid, helping individuals and families facing eviction remain in their homes.

Prior to joining Quicker Law, Austin clerked for a year and a half with the Honorable Judge Bonnie Chessher Oliver, gaining in-depth experience in litigation strategy and courtroom procedure.

Austin earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was an active member of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. During law school, he completed an externship with the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), attending Congressional Judiciary Committee sessions and contributing to initiatives addressing stream-ripping services and digital music monetization.

Before law school, Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from Clemson University. While at Clemson, he participated in a cooperative education program with Ethicon (a Johnson & Johnson subsidiary), where he served as a Project Lead on medical-grade suture validation projects—earning multiple awards for his innovation and leadership.
Austin’s dual background in engineering and law allows him to bring both technical insight and legal precision to each matter he handles, making him a trusted advisor in today’s rapidly evolving IP landscape.
